A passion for the unique blend of telephone sales and the automotive industry is highly valued. Proficiency in German, both spoken and written, is required.
AUTO1 Group offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a €750 start bonus for new hires joining by the end of the month. In addition to a competitive base salary, there is a performance-based bonus model with significant upside potential, reflecting your monthly achievements and incorporating various challenges. A guaranteed minimum commission is provided during the first three months, with opportunities to increase earnings as performance improves.
