As a Customer Service Representative in 2nd Level Support at Autohero, part of the AUTO1 Group, you will be the primary contact for customers throughout their vehicle purchase journey. This role is integral to our Customer Service Team, ensuring a seamless and exceptional online car buying experience. AUTO1 Group is Europe's leading digital automotive platform, revolutionizing the industry with brands like wirkaufendeinauto.de, and Autohero.
Your main responsibilities include guiding customers from order placement through verification to vehicle handover. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to monitor order statuses and ensure smooth vehicle deliveries. Maintaining an overview of pending tasks and setting team priorities are also key aspects of your daily work.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in private customer support, enjoys engaging with customers via phone and chat, and possesses a passion for customer service. Strong time management skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset are essential. Fluency in German, proficiency in Google Workspace tools, and familiarity with the 10-finger typing system are required; English skills and home office experience are advantageous.
