MM&D Operations, VP (Parental Leave Cover)

The Vice President (VP), Practice Operations is a senior leadership role within Media Management & Delivery (MM&D) at WPP Media, responsible for driving operational excellence and transformation across a defined portfolio of clients. This position is a parental leave cover based in London, United Kingdom. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, bringing together media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale.

In this role, the VP will lead the delivery of operational transformation, improving quality, efficiency, and performance while unlocking greater value for clients and the business. Key responsibilities include embedding consistent, scalable, high-performance ways of working across client teams, acting as a senior partner to both internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that operational excellence becomes the default standard within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in operations, program management, or workflow governance within media, entertainment, or global agency environments. They should demonstrate the ability to coordinate complex, multi-market workflows with overlapping timelines and stakeholders, possess strong stakeholder management capabilities, and have a high attention to detail. Experience implementing and scaling operating models, workflows, or governance frameworks is essential.
