Your daily work will involve developing training materials, delivering hands-on instruction, troubleshooting practical problems, and ensuring all teams meet Auto1’s standards for mechanical diagnostics and repair. You will also collaborate with other technical trainers and management to continuously enhance training programs and keep content up to date with technological developments.

Candidates should have completed professional training as a Kfz-Mechatroniker, Kfz-Meister, or comparable qualification, ideally with relevant experience in vehicle mechanics or mechanical repair. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as is a deep technical understanding of automotive systems. You should be able to work independently, be flexible for travel across regions, and demonstrate a commitment to professional training and ongoing education for adult learners.
