Your day-to-day activities revolve around conducting professional paintwork and smart repair tasks, mentoring and coaching in-house teams, and ensuring the highest quality standards in refinishing processes. You will be responsible for assessing and preparing surfaces, mixing paints, applying coatings, and overseeing work performed to ensure both efficiency and impeccable quality. Regular travel to different regional service centers is required, offering a varied and engaging work environment.
The role requires completed training as a vehicle painter, body and paint technician, or master craftsman, along with several years of proven practical experience. Essential skills include precise paint application, strong knowledge of modern automotive refinishing systems, and proficiency in working with specialized tools and machinery. The position also demands strong communication skills, reliability, and customer-oriented thinking, as well as the flexibility to work independently at various locations.
