As a Mobile Technical Trainer at Auto1, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the technical proficiency of our automotive workshop teams located in Ketzin (Berlin) and Hemau (Bavaria). In this position, you will be responsible for developing practical training materials tailored for automotive mechanics, apprentices, and technicians. Your day-to-day activities will include planning and conducting workshops utilizing modern teaching methods and digital tools, guiding hands-on exercises with technical systems and tools, and imparting advanced problem-solving strategies. Additionally, you will assess participants' performance through theoretical and practical evaluations and provide individualized feedback to foster their professional growth.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in designing, planning, or delivering technical training programs. Proficiency with tools and modern technology, particularly diagnostic and measuring instruments, is essential. A high degree of precision, strong analytical skills, teamwork, and effective communication abilities are crucial. Experience in leading and motivating groups, along with a willingness to travel and stay overnight across Germany using a company vehicle (available for personal use), is required.
