Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO)

Wolt License Services (WLS), a subsidiary of Wolt, is seeking a Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to oversee and manage compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) regulations. WLS specializes in payment and financial services, managing merchant payment flows across over 20 markets, and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and regulatory compliance.

The MLRO will be responsible for ensuring that WLS's operations comply with Finnish, relevant European Economic Area (EEA), and international AML/CTF laws and regulations. Key duties include serving as the primary contact with regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies, implementing and maintaining a comprehensive AML/CTF risk management framework, conducting regular risk assessments and audits, developing and updating AML/CTF policies and procedures, and preparing detailed reports for senior management and relevant authorities. Additionally, the MLRO will design and deliver training programs to foster a culture of compliance and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a coordinated approach to AML/CTF compliance.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of seven years of experience in AML/CTF compliance, preferably within the financial services or payments industry. A proven track record in managing regulatory relationships and compliance programs is essential. In-depth knowledge of Finnish and EEA AML/CTF regulations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are also required. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial.
