NDA Specialist
Clifford Chance, a leading global law firm, is seeking an experienced Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Specialist to join their Newcastle Legal Delivery Centre. This centre collaborates with the Delhi office to support global legal teams by effectively utilizing knowledge, resources, processes, and legal technology to serve clients. The Newcastle Delivery Centre encompasses various practice areas, including Global Financial Markets, Corporate, Real Estate, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, and Tax, Pensions & Employment.
As an NDA Specialist at the Senior Paralegal level, you will be integral to the Corporate team's assistance with NDA reviews. Your role will involve conducting initial mark-ups and subsequent negotiations of NDAs, managing NDA hotlines, and overseeing NDA sell-side projects. Additionally, you will assist in quality control and training related to NDAs, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks. Your responsibilities will also include updating internal tracking systems, proactively improving systems and processes, integrating legal technology into workflows, and providing timely updates on work progress.
To be considered for this role, candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience as a paralegal, with a strong focus on NDA reviews. Essential skills include flexible and effective verbal and written communication, excellent research capabilities, a proactive and forward-thinking approach, organizational efficiency, proficiency in applying and using a range of technology, and excellent attention to detail. Fluency in a European language, particularly French, German, or Italian, is desirable.
