New Business Development Manager
Eurofins is seeking a New Business Development Manager to join our team in France, focusing on expanding our client base in the sensory and consumer research sector. This role involves identifying and engaging new clients across strategic sectors such as Food, Beverage, Alcohol, Health & Beauty, Pet Food, QSR, and Sports Equipment. The successful candidate will report to the SAM France Managing Director and collaborate closely with research managers to deliver high-quality proposals and support commercial skill development within the team.
Key responsibilities include identifying, targeting, and engaging new accounts through various channels, re-engaging lapsed clients, leveraging strategic client partnerships, and conducting market monitoring to understand trends and client needs. The role also involves building and managing a robust B2B database, creating and executing active email strategies, contributing to the development of digital sales materials, and organizing trade shows and conferences.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, including active listening and articulate oral and written abilities. They should demonstrate agility, flexibility, and adaptability in dealing with changing information and priorities. Organizational and planning skills are essential, along with business acumen to identify client needs and craft appropriate solutions. Experience in client project sales, responsibility, accountability, reliability, and professionalism are also key attributes for this role.
