New Market GTM - Digital Marketing Manager

Tanium is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead its digital marketing initiatives in Japan, focusing on enhancing brand awareness and engagement within the country's top enterprise accounts. This role involves translating global marketing strategies into localized, account-based digital programs that effectively build Tanium's presence and generate qualified leads for the Japan field sales team. The position reports directly to the Director of Japan Marketing.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing digital marketing campaigns tailored to Japan's enterprise sector, particularly in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) and Critical Infrastructure industries. The manager will oversee paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and account-based marketing (ABM) efforts, ensuring that messaging resonates with Japanese enterprise buyers. Additionally, the role involves integrating digital strategies with field and event marketing, managing budgets, and producing localized content to strengthen Tanium's market position.

Candidates should possess 5–7 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, or field marketing, with a proven track record in enterprise marketing roles across Japan. Proficiency in MarTech platforms such as Marketo or Eloqua, Salesforce, and ABM/intent tools is essential. Fluency in Japanese, both written and spoken, is required, along with business-level English for global collaboration. A deep understanding of Japanese enterprise buying behavior and the local digital ecosystem is crucial for success in this role.
