The Office Practice Leader - Design Practice at CannonDesign is a strategic leadership role responsible for guiding the Toronto office toward growth and excellence. This position involves developing and leading a high-performance, diverse, and inclusive team to achieve outstanding top-line results. The leader will implement a business plan aligned with the firm's Single-Firm, Multi-Office (SFMO) culture, ensuring integration across offices. A key aspect of this role is to serve as an ambassador for CannonDesign's brand, exemplifying the Living-Centered Design ethos in all interactions with clients and within the community.

Key responsibilities include providing leadership and support in developing new business opportunities to achieve a minimum 10% growth of the office year over year. The leader will engage with all staff levels to advance entrepreneurial opportunities, innovative market solutions, and impactful design solutions that differentiate the firm. Enhancing the firm's reputation in the community and championing Living-Centered Design are also critical components of the role. Additionally, fostering a design-focused culture and advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the office are essential duties.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's preferred. A minimum of 15 years of experience with a proven track record in business development and top-line growth is required. Licensure is preferred, and additional certifications or training relevant to the role are advantageous. Strong communication and leadership skills, along with business acumen and the ability to execute strategy, are essential. Some travel is required for this position.

The salary range for this position is $158,200 to $197,800 annually, with eligibility for discretionary bonuses.
