As an Online Marketing Manager at WPP Media, you will be responsible for the timely launch, management, and optimization of digital campaigns, ensuring seamless technical execution across all relevant systems and partners. You will collaborate closely with consulting, planning, and ad operations teams, as well as experts in paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising, to ensure smooth coordination throughout the campaign process.

Your key responsibilities will include setting up and delivering digital campaigns, including technical setups and measurements, and continuously analyzing performance to identify optimization opportunities. You will coordinate with creative agencies for the production of planned advertising materials and ensure optimal workflows between publishers, ad servers (such as Google Campaign Manager and Adform), and third-party providers like Nielsen, IAS, and DoubleVerify. Monitoring campaign delivery, intervening in case of anomalies or low performance, and controlling pacing to ensure booked delivery are also essential aspects of the role.

The ideal candidate will have a completed degree or training in marketing, media, business, or a related field, along with experience in the online sector, preferably as an ad or campaign manager. Familiarity with key online KPIs and reporting experience is advantageous. Technical understanding, including knowledge of third-party tracking options and basic HTML/CSS skills, is important. Proficiency in Office 365 (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), analytical skills, and a reliable, independent, and structured working style are essential. Excellent German language skills in both spoken and written form are required.
