Operations Coordinator – Team Lead Support
Autohero is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support Team Leaders in our production facility, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe daily operations. This role is pivotal in translating strategic directives into actionable tasks, facilitating communication between operational teams and management, and driving continuous process improvements.
Key responsibilities include assisting Team Leaders with daily operational management, converting Project Manager and Site Manager directives into clear tasks for teams, and ensuring effective communication between operational teams and management. The role also involves identifying operational bottlenecks, monitoring activities through operational walkthroughs, verifying standards, collecting key performance indicators, and participating in process improvement projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience in structured production, operations, or logistics environments, with strong data analysis and reporting skills. A degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or STEM disciplines is preferred. Excellent organizational abilities, a continuous improvement mindset, and strong communication skills are essential.
