Operations Gowning Trainer
The Operations Gowning Trainer at Legend Biotech US plays a pivotal role within the Technical Operations team in Raritan, NJ. This position focuses on delivering comprehensive gowning training and ensuring adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards in a controlled cleanroom environment. The role is integral to maintaining the highest quality standards and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Key responsibilities include executing Instructor-Led Trainings (ILT), qualifications, and requalifications for CAR-T personnel. The trainer will conduct manufacturing gowning activities supporting cell culturing, purification, aseptic processing, and cryopreservation, utilizing appropriate gowning techniques. Additionally, the role involves developing and refining manufacturing gowning processes, ensuring accurate documentation in standard operating procedures (SOPs), logbooks, and other GMP documents, and driving continuous improvement in gowning techniques and processes.
Candidates should possess a high school diploma with 4-6 years of biotech or pharmaceutical experience, or a bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering with 0-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in interpreting various instructions, problem-solving in dynamic environments, and operating manufacturing and lab equipment is essential. The role requires mobility to transport between various sites, effective communication skills, and the ability to perform gowning procedures in a manufacturing setting.
Compensation for this position ranges from $57,445 to $75,396 annually.
