Operations Manager - Produktion (m/w/d)
As an Operations Manager in the Production Department at AUTO1 Group, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the used car market by enhancing vehicle refurbishment and delivery processes. Collaborating closely with teams across Germany and the Berlin headquarters, you will contribute to creating a seamless and customer-centric vehicle reconditioning experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing and optimizing existing refurbishment processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality. You will oversee the expansion and standardization of production facilities, coordinate cross-location projects, and integrate new technologies in partnership with Operations, Logistics, and Facility Management teams. Additionally, you will conduct detailed analyses to assess technical equipment needs, evaluate investment feasibility, and lead the implementation of digital tools for monitoring production metrics and streamlining workflows.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A strong entrepreneurial mindset, affinity for digital business models, and interest in the automotive industry are essential. You should possess analytical and systematic problem-solving skills, a process-oriented approach, and a high degree of self-motivation. Flexibility and willingness to travel for on-site project implementation are required, along with fluency in both German and English.
