Candidates should possess at least one year of experience in inside tech sales or nonprofit fundraising, with proven outbound prospecting skills. Strong listening, verbal, and written communication abilities are essential, along with confidence in handling objections and navigating organizations to reach key stakeholders. A growth mindset, emotional intelligence, and technical proficiency with tools like Salesforce are also important.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $69,500 to $104,500, which may include potential sales incentive payments, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
