Outbound Sales Development Representative - DACH (German Speaking)
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative for the DACH region at Remote, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in German-speaking markets. Remote is a global company dedicated to simplifying international employment by enabling businesses to recruit, pay, and manage teams worldwide. This position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to our mission while working within a dynamic and fully remote environment.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include responding to, engaging with, and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries. You will source new sales prospects, reach out to them to schedule appointments for Account Executives, and clearly communicate Remote's value propositions. Additionally, you will support the Account Executive team as needed, educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams, create target prospect lists, penetrate key accounts, and conduct research to identify key players and business requirements.
The ideal candidate will have proven success in business development through effective use of core sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo. Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS tech company is essential. Strong negotiation skills, exceptional oral and written communication abilities, and a positive, energetic phone presence are required. Strategic and tactical thinking, self-motivation, and fluency in both English and German are also necessary. While prior remote work experience is not mandatory, it is considered a plus.

The on-target earnings for this full-time position range from USD 31,500 to USD 70,950, with the base salary comprising 70% of the total compensation.
