Candidates should have 4 to 5 years of proven experience managing high-budget paid search campaigns, with a background in agency or multi-client environments. Experience in direct client communication and handling complex situations is essential. Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Microsoft Ads, ASA, and Search Ads is required, along with advanced knowledge in data management and audience segmentation. An advanced level of English (B2+) is necessary for leading meetings and making international presentations.
