The ideal candidate should have extensive experience setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns across key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, and TikTok. They should possess strong analytical skills, the ability to develop and execute comprehensive testing roadmaps, and excellent communication skills for building and maintaining client and supplier relationships. Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members is also desirable.
