Paid Social Executive

The successful candidate will work closely with the Media Management & Delivery team to ensure campaigns align with client business objectives and deliver measurable results.
Key responsibilities include setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns, analyzing daily performance metrics to extract insights, and making weekly adjustments to enhance campaign effectiveness. The role also involves monitoring key performance indicators like CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS to ensure client conversion goals are met. Additionally, the Paid Social Executive will prepare performance reports and propose data-driven improvements.
Candidates should have a minimum of two years' experience in managing and optimizing performance-focused social media campaigns. Proficiency in platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and X is essential, along with advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities to interpret metrics and identify trends. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are also required. A university degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field is preferred, and official platform certifications are highly valued.
