Paralegal
CLEAR is seeking an experienced paralegal to join its Legal team, supporting a wide range of legal matters across the company's secure identity business. This role offers the opportunity to work on commercial contracts, compliance and regulatory issues, corporate governance, employment law, litigation, privacy, and product counseling. The paralegal will collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate CLEAR's growth in services such as CLEAR+, CLEAR1, and TSA PreCheck enrollment.
Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and managing various agreements, including vendor, customer, partnership, and data-related contracts, while tracking obligations throughout the contract lifecycle. The paralegal will support securities and corporate governance activities, assist in coordinating litigation and dispute matters, and aid in compliance program administration. Additionally, the role involves supporting employment compliance efforts, privacy and product-related legal reviews, and identifying opportunities to improve and scale Legal team processes and workflows.
The ideal candidate will possess clear and concise communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. Sound judgment, discretion, and a high level of integrity are essential. Familiarity with legal workflows in areas such as commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, litigation, employment, or privacy is required. Experience with legal systems and tools, as well as proficiency in Google Workspace, is a plus.
The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and location.
