Paralegal – Legal Operations

Sterlington PLLC is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Legal Operations & Outsourcing team. This role focuses on analyzing contracts to produce clear, structured summaries and reports, as well as supporting the workflow of contract review and negotiation across various matters. As a remote position based in Central or South America, you'll collaborate closely with our lawyers and internal teams to ensure efficient contract-related processes.

Key responsibilities include reviewing contracts to extract key terms, risks, and obligations, preparing structured summaries and reports for internal and client use, and organizing contract data to support tracking and decision-making. Additionally, you'll support the end-to-end workflow of contract review and negotiation, track statuses and deadlines, coordinate inputs between lawyers and external providers, and assist with document organization and record management related to contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a legal background with 1–3+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in Excel or similar tools, exceptional attention to detail, and clear, professional written communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in high-volume contract review or legal operations environments, familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools, and a continuous improvement mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
