Paralegal

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our Boston office. This role involves working closely with our attorneys to provide comprehensive support throughout the litigation process, contributing to our mission of advocating for clients' rights.

The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and complaints. Duties include e-filing court documents in state and federal courts, conducting legal research, managing discovery processes, coordinating depositions, and organizing trial materials. Effective communication with clients, courts, and counsel is essential.

Candidates should possess an associate degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent work experience, with at least four years of litigation experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment are required. Experience in personal injury or related practice areas is preferred.
