THE ROLE
We are hiring a Part-Time Support Specialist to join our growing Support team. Reporting to the Support leadership team, this role plays a critical part in delivering excellent service to Unit’s customers while helping improve our product and internal processes.
This is a part-time position with preferred availability of approximately 20 hours per week. From day one, you’ll be exposed to real customer challenges and empowered to make a meaningful impact across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Triaging, responding to, and managing customer support inquiries across multiple channels
- Escalating complex or high-impact issues and coordinating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Operations) to drive resolution
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of internal and external support documentation, FAQs, and training materials
