Partner - Appellate

Kahana Feld, an award-winning national law firm with over ten offices, is seeking an Appellate Partner to join our California team. This role offers the opportunity to become an Equity Partner at a fast-growing firm that values teamwork and provides support for marketing efforts without requiring a pre-existing book of business. The Appellate Partner will be responsible for managing appellate cases, overseeing files, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers. This includes leading appellate litigation efforts, providing strategic counsel, and ensuring the highest standards of legal representation. Collaboration with other attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional service is a key aspect of the role.

Candidates must possess partner-level appellate experience, demonstrating the ability to independently manage cases and client relationships. A strong record of job stability and excellent references are essential. Membership in good standing with the California Bar is required.

We offer competitive base compensation ranging from $200,000 to $300,000, supplemented by discretionary and hours-based bonuses.
