Partner - General Liability

Kahana Feld, an award-winning national law firm with over ten offices, is seeking a Partner specializing in General Liability to join our Walnut Creek, California team. This role offers the opportunity to become an Equity Partner without the requirement of a pre-existing book of business, emphasizing teamwork and a supportive culture.

The Partner will manage and oversee general liability cases, ensuring effective handling of files and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers. Responsibilities include providing strategic legal counsel, leading case strategy, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve favorable outcomes.

Candidates must possess partner-level experience in general liability law, demonstrating the ability to independently manage cases and client relationships. A strong record of job stability, excellent references, and active membership in the California Bar in good standing are required.

Kahana Feld offers a competitive base compensation ranging from $200,000 to $280,000, supplemented by discretionary and hours-based bonuses.
