Partner - Client Leadership
The Partner - Client Leadership role at WPP Media involves leading integrated media strategies and managing multiple brands within the organization. The position is based in Mumbai, India, and reports to the Principal Partner – Client Leadership. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, bringing together media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale.
Key responsibilities include providing strategic thinking and innovative communication planning to craft integrated brand strategies. The role requires acting as a client visionary by understanding their business, issues, and opportunities, and leading strategic conversations on media and communication planning that drive business outcomes. Additionally, the Partner will manage and motivate the team to effectively deliver on client needs and goals, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 13 years of experience in media strategy, planning, execution, and team management. They should be comfortable making and presenting annual and quarterly media strategies and plans, and have experience integrating first-party data into media strategies. Proficiency with tools such as TGI, BARC, MAP, IRS, and digital tools like COMSCORE, Similarweb, and Google Trends is advantageous. Strong communication skills, logical reasoning, attention to detail, integrity, empathy, and a proactive attitude are essential.
