Partner Operations Specialist
The Partner Operations Specialist at Actionstep plays a pivotal role in supporting the success of the Actionstep Certified Partner ecosystem. This position is integral to the company's mission of modernizing law firms through innovative legal practice management software. The role involves close collaboration with partners and internal teams to ensure smooth partner-led implementations, coordinated onboarding, and transparent delivery progress across engagements.
Key responsibilities include coordinating partner onboarding and enablement activities, maintaining operational visibility across partner-led implementations, and supporting delivery coordination across multiple engagements. This entails tracking milestones, managing risks and follow-up actions, coordinating internal resources when required, and supporting governance rhythms across the partner ecosystem. Additionally, the role involves building strong working relationships with partners and internal stakeholders to navigate delivery challenges and ensure alignment across commitments, timelines, and delivery expectations.
The ideal candidate possesses 3–5 years of experience in partner operations, delivery coordination, project coordination, customer operations, implementation support, or similar operational roles. Essential qualifications include experience coordinating complex workstreams, onboarding programs, implementation activities, or delivery operations involving multiple stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage partner or customer relationships professionally, including navigating delivery issues or challenging conversations, is crucial. Strong organizational, communication, and operational coordination skills are required, along with the ability to identify risks, drive follow-up actions, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain progress across multiple engagements.
