Partner Program Manager
The Partner Program Manager at Wayve is responsible for leading and executing external data supply partnerships essential to advancing Wayve's roadmap and scaling product deployment. This role operates at the intersection of partnerships, technical program management, and data operations, collaborating with global partners such as ride-hailing platforms, fleet operators, and dash cam providers to integrate valuable data into Wayve's ecosystem. The position is based in London, United Kingdom.
Key responsibilities include managing complex technical programs from partner onboarding to operational delivery and scaling, coordinating across multiple internal teams—including data infrastructure, security, machine learning training, and engineering—to ensure successful data integration, and building and maintaining detailed delivery plans, milestones, risk registers, and communication structures for each partnership. The Partner Program Manager also serves as the primary operational point of contact for external partners, maintains strong working relationships, and adapts delivery plans and priorities in response to evolving company objectives and roadmap changes.
Candidates should have experience managing complex technical programs involving external partners or customers, strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams and external organizations, excellent organizational and communication skills, and experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with changing priorities.
