Partner Relationship Manager
As a Partner Relationship Manager at GoFundMe Pro, you will play a pivotal role in executing our partnership strategy and ensuring the success of our partners and customers. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success—to build strong, collaborative relationships with partners and help bring integrated solutions to market. The role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with an in-office requirement of three days per week.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining productive relationships with technology, systems integrators, and agency partners to support business growth and positive customer outcomes. You will collaborate with partners to drive adoption of integrated solutions, support co-marketing, training, and service-based revenue opportunities, and manage day-to-day partner requests across shared channels, ensuring timely responses and appropriate escalation when needed.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, channel development, sales, account management, or business development within a technology or SaaS environment. Strong relationship-building and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with both external partners and internal teams. Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, with a results-oriented mindset and solid project management skills.
GoFundMe offers a competitive salary range of $101,000 to $151,000 per year, along with equity and comprehensive healthcare benefits.
