Partner Solutions Architect

The role also involves enabling internal teams on partner solutions, demonstrating how Box's capabilities can address business challenges beyond the core product. Additionally, the Partner Solutions Architect supports partners in pre-sales engagements, including discovery, demonstrations, and workshops, ensuring technical alignment to secure deals. Providing structured feedback to product, marketing, and sales teams based on partner and customer insights is also a critical aspect of the role.
Candidates should possess 3-5+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or pre-sales solutions engineering within a Software-as-a-Service vendor or consulting firm. Essential qualifications include experience working with regional and global consulting firms, involvement in a partner ecosystem or channel organization, or a strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and technologies. Experience in designing or delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions is highly desirable. Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary to establish trust across diverse audiences, along with the ability to balance strategic solution design initiatives with tactical enablement and deal support responsibilities. A collaborative mindset with a passion for teaching, scaling knowledge, and building technical communities is also important.
Box offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $155,000 to $194,500 USD annually.
