Partner Solutions Architect
The Partner Solutions Architect role at Box is integral to expanding the company's reach through its partner ecosystem. Additionally, the Partner Solutions Architect supports partners in pre-sales engagements, including discovery, demonstrations, and workshops, ensuring technical alignment to secure deals. Maintaining a structured feedback loop to product, marketing, and sales teams based on partner and customer insights is also a critical aspect of the role.
Candidates should possess 3-5+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or pre-sales solutions engineering within a Software-as-a-Service vendor or consulting firm. Experience working with regional and global consulting firms, within a partner ecosystem or channel organization, or a strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and technologies is essential. While not mandatory, experience designing or delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions and familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Guidewire are advantageous. Strong communication and presentation skills are required, with the ability to establish trust across a range of technical and non-technical audiences.
Box offers a competitive compensation package for this role, with a salary range of $155,000 to $194,500 USD.
