Partner Solutions Engineer
The Partner Solutions Engineer at Box plays a pivotal role in expanding the company's reach through its partner ecosystem. Key responsibilities include collaborating with partner technical teams to design architectures and demos tailored to end-customer needs, acting as a trusted technical advocate within the partner community, and developing new technical use cases and solution accelerators. The role also involves delivering technical training, workshops, and certifications to partners, participating in partner-led customer engagements, and providing structured feedback to product, marketing, and sales teams based on partner and customer insights.
Candidates should have over three years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Partner Technical Enablement within a SaaS or enterprise software environment. A strong understanding of working within highly regulated industries and experience with channel, VAR, or system integrator ecosystems are essential. Technical depth across AI, Business Process, Content Management, or similar areas, along with strong communication and presentation skills, are also required. The ability to balance strategic enablement initiatives with tactical deal support responsibilities and a collaborative mindset are important for success in this role.
Box offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $151,000 to $188,500, along with equity and benefits.
