Partnership Team Leader (Longtail)
The Partnership Team Leader (Longtail) at Wellhub is a pivotal role within the Partnerships team, focusing on expanding and managing a diverse network of gyms and studios in the Benelux region. This position is instrumental in establishing Wellhub's presence in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, contributing directly to the company's mission of revolutionizing workplace wellness. The role is based in Amsterdam and requires a minimum of two days per week in the office.
Key responsibilities include defining and optimizing sales and success strategies tailored to the Benelux market, ensuring seamless partner acquisition and long-term engagement. The leader will implement localized onboarding and retention processes to enhance partner satisfaction and profitability. Collaboration with senior leadership is essential to align local initiatives with global expansion goals, set and achieve key performance indicators related to network growth, partner satisfaction, and retention. Additionally, the role involves establishing scalable processes to support the sustainable growth of the partner network and leading complex negotiations with major partners.
The ideal candidate possesses over five years of experience in sales or account management leadership, preferably within high-growth startups, HR-tech, or the fitness industry. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with French being a strong plus. A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset is crucial, along with the ability to develop and implement new workflows in an evolving market. Strong commercial judgment, proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, and Excel, and a passion for wellness are essential. The candidate should also demonstrate effective people management skills, capable of developing and motivating a team to meet and exceed growth and retention goals.
