The Payments Compliance Analyst at SRS Acquiom is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payments and related financial activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, risk mitigation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The analyst will work closely with individual transactions and maintain regular communication with bank contacts.

Key responsibilities include interacting with security holders via email and phone to resolve user and account validation flags, evaluating exception materials to address fraud concerns, preparing reports for bank partners, completing daily and monthly bank reconciliation reports, and acting as the point of contact for questions related to delayed funds. The analyst will also work with internal teams to process transfers of interest and identify process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or 2-5 years of related business experience in operations or production services, preferably in the financial services industry. Required skills include knowledge of handling discrepancies related to bank reconciliation items, clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, self-motivation, strong attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office products, and strong project management abilities. The candidate should be able to work independently or as part of a team and handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
