Payroll Analyst

Wilson Elser, a leading national law firm with over 1,400 attorneys across 46 offices, is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join their New York City Midtown office. The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for supporting accurate, timely, and compliant payroll administration across a complex multi-state organization. This includes performing detailed payroll reviews and analyses, reconciling payroll and benefit-related data, researching discrepancies, maintaining supporting documentation, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Experience with Workday Payroll is required, along with three or more years of progressive payroll experience, preferably in a complex, high-volume environment.
