PEO Compliance Lead - Benefits Product
Gusto is seeking a PEO Compliance Lead to join our Benefits Product team. This role involves ensuring compliance with Professional Employer Organization (PEO) regulations and standards, playing a crucial part in delivering compliant and efficient benefits solutions to our clients. As a member of the Benefits Product team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance our benefits offerings, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include monitoring and interpreting PEO compliance regulations, developing and implementing compliance strategies, and conducting regular audits to ensure adherence to all applicable laws and standards. You will work closely with product managers, legal teams, and external partners to address compliance issues and implement necessary changes. Additionally, you will provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance matters, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PEO compliance, with experience in benefits administration and a deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex compliance information effectively are essential.
