Candidates should have at least 8 years of relevant experience in legal operations or a paralegal role within a corporate legal department. Excellent communication skills, strong project management abilities, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach are essential. Comfort with building processes from scratch and maintaining discretion and confidentiality are also key qualifications.

The annual compensation for this role ranges from $170,000 to $220,000 USD. The position is based in San Francisco, CA; New York City, NY; or Seattle, WA, with an expectation of working from the office at least three days a week.
