Performance Marketing
Riskified is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to enhance and expand our global paid media initiatives. This pivotal role within our Demand Generation team focuses on executing impactful campaigns that engage our target accounts. The position is based in Lisbon and offers a hybrid work environment.
The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels like Reddit. Key duties include building, launching, and optimizing campaigns aligned with global go-to-market priorities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging, and continuously testing and iterating to improve performance and efficiency. Additionally, the role involves supporting expansion into new regions and channels, managing budgets with a focus on ROI, and analyzing performance data to inform strategic decisions.
Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media, preferably within B2B SaaS or tech industries. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Google campaigns is essential, with additional experience in YouTube, Reddit, and Meta considered advantageous. A strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, global environment are crucial. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can operate independently and collaborate effectively across the marketing organization.
