Personal Injury Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice in Wilmington, Delaware. The attorney will handle motor vehicle accident cases in litigation, including trial preparation and trials, working out of the Philadelphia office while managing Delaware cases.

Key responsibilities include managing motor vehicle accident cases in litigation, drafting and filing litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, responses, demands, motions, and memoranda, guiding clients through the case process, interacting with expert witnesses, and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Candidates must have a law degree from a fully accredited law school, be an active member in good standing with the Delaware State Bar Association (Pennsylvania membership is helpful), possess the ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases, demonstrate excellent client service and communication skills, be self-motivated with long-term career goals, and have superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
