Personal Injury Case Manager

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky. As a Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our attorneys by managing a diverse caseload and ensuring the seamless progression of personal injury cases. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a firm committed to advocating for consumer rights.

In this role, you will engage daily with clients, both existing and potential, through telephone and in-person interactions. Your responsibilities will include ordering medical records, communicating with clients and providers throughout treatment, and obtaining necessary documents to support injury and liability positions. Additionally, you will interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and account balances, maintain organized case files, and prepare comprehensive demands for submission to carriers under attorney supervision.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree (preferred) and have prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager, Prelitigation Paralegal, or Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster. A minimum of two years in a legal position or insurance adjuster role is strongly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and excellent writing and communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute are required.
