Personal Injury Case Manager

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team in Charleston, West Virginia. As a Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our attorneys by managing a diverse caseload and ensuring the seamless progression of personal injury cases. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a firm committed to advocating for consumer rights and delivering justice to our clients.

In this role, you will engage daily with clients, both existing and potential, through telephone and in-person interactions. Your responsibilities will include ordering and reviewing medical records, obtaining necessary documentation to support injury and liability claims, and maintaining organized case files. You will also interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and account balances, prepare comprehensive demand packages under attorney supervision, and manage case files from intake to closure.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree (preferred) and have prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager, Prelitigation Paralegal, or Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster. A minimum of two years in a legal position or insurance adjuster role is strongly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute. Excellent writing and communication skills, along with attention to detail, are essential.
