Morgan & Morgan is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Case Manager to join our Knoxville, Tennessee office. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing a diverse caseload, assisting attorneys in developing settlements, and preparing necessary documents and correspondence. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a firm committed to advocating for consumer rights nationwide.

In this role, you will engage daily with clients, both existing and potential, through telephone and in-person interactions. Your responsibilities will include ordering medical records from providers, communicating with clients and healthcare providers throughout the treatment process, and obtaining documents essential to support injury and liability claims. Additionally, you will interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and account balances, maintain organized case files, and prepare comprehensive demands for submission to carriers under attorney supervision.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree (preferred) and have prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or Prelitigation Paralegal. A minimum of two years in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster is strongly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to be a team player, proactively interact with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers, and effectively manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential. This position requires on-site work and is not eligible for remote or hybrid arrangements.
