A minimum of 2 years working in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster is strongly preferred. The role requires the ability to be a team player, proactive interaction with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers, and the capacity to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision. Strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and extensive computer and database expertise, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, are essential. A typing speed of no less than 35 words per minute is also required.
