Personal Injury Case Manager

The Personal Injury Case Manager will report directly to the Department Supervisor and will participate in all aspects of our pre-litigation personal injury practice, including opening claims, obtaining evidence, securing medical records and bills, assisting clients with treatment, supporting property damage claims, and communicating with insurance companies on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of pre-litigation Personal Injury Case Manager experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience handling personal injury cases in the state for which they are applying (Texas or Ohio). Experience using case management software is essential, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required. An Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or Paralegal Certificate is highly preferred.
