Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our rapidly expanding team in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, the attorney will manage a caseload of motor vehicle accident cases throughout Virginia. Responsibilities include drafting and filing litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions. The attorney will guide clients through the legal process, interact with expert witnesses, and represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Virginia Bar. A minimum of two years of personal injury litigation experience, particularly in motor vehicle liability cases, is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate excellent client service and communication skills, the ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases, and superior writing and oral advocacy abilities.
