Personal Injury Pre Suit Attorney

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney to join our Pensacola office. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through the pre-litigation process, ensuring their cases are effectively managed from inception to resolution. This position offers an opportunity to work within a firm committed to protecting the rights of individuals against powerful entities.

In this role, you will handle all aspects of pre-litigation work, including drafting and filing documents, overseeing settlement negotiations, and managing a team of 6-10 Case Managers. Your responsibilities will also encompass conducting Examinations Under Oath (EUOs), Personal Injury Protection (PIP) statements, and recorded statements. A significant focus will be on personal injury cases, primarily automotive, requiring meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to case management.

The ideal candidate will possess a law degree from an accredited institution and be an active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar Association. A minimum of two years of personal injury experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Excellent client service and communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential for success in this role.
