Personal Injury Pre Suit Attorney

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney to join its Charleston, West Virginia office. As a leading personal injury law firm, Morgan & Morgan is dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals against large corporations and insurance companies. The Charleston office is expanding its team to handle a growing caseload of motor vehicle accident cases in the pre-litigation phase.

In this role, the attorney will manage all aspects of pre-litigation work, including guiding clients through the case process, drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, and overseeing settlement negotiations. The attorney will also be responsible for managing a team of 6-10 Case Managers, ensuring compliance with key performance indicators, and handling tasks such as EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements.

Candidates must possess a law degree from a fully accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the South Carolina State Bar Association. A minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Strong client service and communication skills, leadership abilities, and superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential.
