Personal Injury Pre Suit Attorney

In this role, the Pre-Suit Attorney will be responsible for managing all pre-litigation activities, including guiding clients through the case process, drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, and overseeing settlement negotiations. The attorney will also manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers, ensuring compliance and key performance indicators are met. A significant focus will be on personal injury cases, primarily automotive-related.

Candidates should possess a law degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the DC State Bar Association. A minimum of one year of experience in premises or personal injury law is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Strong leadership, excellent client service, and superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential.
