Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney to join their Indianapolis, IN office. In this role, the attorney will manage all pre-litigation aspects of personal injury cases, primarily focusing on premises liability. Responsibilities include guiding clients through the case process, drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, overseeing settlement negotiations, and managing a team of 6-10 Case Managers. The attorney will also handle tasks such as completing the Flip-to-Lit approval, managing liability issue approvals, and ensuring compliance with key performance indicators.

Candidates should possess a law degree from a fully accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Indiana State Bar Association. A minimum of two years of personal injury experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Strong client service and communication skills, leadership abilities, and superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential. A self-starter attitude driven by long-term career goals and a desire to become part of a trial team are also important.
